Indian Tech Giants Collaborate on Open-Source AI Model "BharatGPT"

The model will support 22 official languages and be freely available for startups and researchers. The consortium aims to reduce dependence on foreign LLMs. BharatGPT is expected to launch in beta by Q3 2025.
